Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after order has been placed. Changes or cancellations are only possible for orders that have not yet shipped or are on backorder. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Returns and Exchanges

Fuel and Solvents may not be returned due to its hazardous nature. As such, this sale is final.

American Ethanol Holdings LLC takes all necessary actions to ensure our products conform as described. Safety is a primary concern, therefore all orders for packaged goods containing flammable products are fitted with a flame arrestor to limit potential danger of a flame or spark or ignition source entering the bottle. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of this product for their particular use case. These flammable products carry extreme danger of injury, or damage to property. Be sure to fully read and familiarize yourself with the SDS provided for this product by American Ethanol Holdings LLC and your company’s safety procedures for handling of flammable goods. Store product in accordance with any local laws and regulations. Product should be stored in cool, dry and secure area out of direct sunlight. Do not allow these products to be accessed or handled by minor children. Please read fully, and abide by all instructions as listed on the bottle label. DO NOT REMOVE THE FLAME ARRESTOR - REMOVAL MAY RESULT IN EXTREME DANGER, INJURY, OR DEATH.
